Q: "Right now I cannot afford to pay for new content or outsource new products but it feels like I've sold all I can of my book to my smallish list - What's the next step? Should I offer resell or PLR rights to my book to squeeze more from it? - Sales are drying up I need help"
I’ve mentioned before how you can “nichify” a product in order to reuse it in another, related niche. In this reply I’ll elaborate on the process, plus I’ll share even more examples to show you the possibilities.
First, let me give you a few examples to help you think about how you might nichify your own products and content…
EXAMPLE 1: Let’s say you have an online marketing book. You can tweak the content to turn it into an “online marketing for car dealers” product. Then you can tweak it again to turn it into a “online marketing for dentists” product. Tweak the content again and you’ll have an “online marketing for ebook sellers” product. You can keep doing this repeatedly for every niche you enter.
EXAMPLE 2: You have a book about losing weight. You can tweak the content to target college students who gained weight their freshman year (the so called “freshman 15”). You can tweak it again to appeal to men over 40 who’re looking to lose weight for health reasons. You can tweak it yet again to create a “lose weight before your wedding” product for brides-to-be.
Make sense?
Here’s how to nichify the product…

Question: Simon how do you keep coming up with so many good product ideas?
As a marketer creating your own products, one of the hardest things to do is to come up with new product ideas, especially if you have already designed quite a few products. As you go along, coming up with these ideas get harder and harder.
This year I hit my 200th product release (These have included: software, memberships, physical books, ebooks, reports, videos and audios) and yes it does get harder, simply because at times it feels like you've covered just about everything there is to be done... I tell you if I added into that number the half finished and on hold ideas then you could probably double that number...
So what do you do?
Well, hopefully, these 10 tips will at least give you something to go on.

Question: "What are my options for advertising on the Internet?"
I think here the real question is what ways can I promote my business online?
I notice the question is not so much, "What are my effective options for advertising on the Internet?"
First of all you have to eliminate the assumption that advertising is advertising and anything you use is going to bring the same results.
